PEAK’s team is here to support our Resellers. We are available to assist in all facets of the sales cycle, including presentations, webinars, client calls, and in producing business cases for end users. We also offer support in designing solutions that take non-print related applications into account as well as providing insight into potential print software opportunities. We enable our Resellers to evaluate competitively installed devices to displace the incumbent by architecting and implementing effective and economical take-out solutions.
Warehouse and Integration Facilities
PEAK maintains a warehouse and integration facility at our headquarters in Denver, Colorado. This facility aggregates, stages, and tests solutions prior to delivery to ensure successful deployment to the client. We have process controls and quality management procedures to ensure and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. The integration facility also allows PEAK the dexterity to manage complex roll-outs regardless of final location and provides end users with a “plug-n-play” roll-out by setting custom configuration settings and network information prior to shipment.
