At PEAK we do not take a “one-size-fits-all” approach to consulting or professional services. However we do build upon our team’s years of experience delivering consulting and professional services for some of the largest systems integrators in the world. We tailor our services around very specific sets of business challenges, goals, and initiatives. Our staff of consultants, project managers, and engineers work with our clients to design and scope all of our engagements – whether it’s to support an ongoing or new implementation project, provide new IT capabilities, or serve as a strategic sounding board.
From small point solutions to Fortune 500 enterprise application environments, we deliver a full range of architectural services. Our areas of focus include enterprise integration planning, deployment planning, and deployment optimization. We have 25 years of experience working alongside our clients to design solutions that impact business outcomes, ranging from infrastructure to support small business applications to enterprise class EMR healthcare solutions, SAP-based business application solutions to international multi-pod private cloud implementations.
Through a dedicated, custom integration lab in Denver, CO, we are equipped to take on a wide variety of core integration services. All hardware infrastructure components can be racked, cabled, upgraded to the required firmware levels, configured, and fully tested with PEAK taking care of any DOA components for its clients. This comprehensive approach ensures we can move smoothly from integration to implementation without delays being incurred which can save time and money, and provide the ability for you to reallocate resources to support critical business projects.
We can provide burn-in and hyper-visor integration services alongside converged infrastructure builds. All of this is in addition to a systematic approach to warehousing, logistics, and roll-out management.
PEAK’s implementation services can start with integration of your equipment within our dedicated integration facility. This could be as straight forward as just pre-racking equipment, all the way through to a custom application installation. Once complete our engineering staff works closely with our clients to integrate rack, power, and network interfacing to meet project requirements within your facility. We’ll also provide full “as-built” documentation for future reference and operational support. While on-site, our consultants and engineers will provide skills transfer to meet ongoing internal operational and support requirements.
PEAK covers a wide range of technical education for our clients. Technical training is customizable (from a single day to a full week), and includes a focus on architecture and best practice operational processes. We can bring clients’ staff to PEAK’s training facility, provide options within our solution partners training facilities, or bring the training to our clients’ premises. This flexible approach is designed to save time, resources, and money, while delivering a wide range of training options for infrastructure and application needs.
We will dedicate a single point of contact through the entire lifecycle of the project. This project manager works exclusively with clients to meet project. This includes validating work completion, scheduling resources, and providing timely status updates.
PEAK will help manage the entire procurement process, from coordinating equipment delivery to staging integration services.
From warehousing to roll-out and delivery management, PEAK brings 25 years of logistical expertise to our clients. In addition, we can supply international freight forwarding and customs brokerage services.
