Focus on Mid-Market
On January 8, PEAK Resources, Inc. celebrated its 17th year in business. PEAK’s ability to sustain a growing and profitable business for 17 years is testimony to our ability to build strong customer relationships, sustainable partnerships with leading edge technology companies and most importantly to our ability to attract and keep outstanding sales, engineering and administrative personnel.
One of the hall-marks of our success has always been our explicit goal of maintaining portfolio diversity. By this we mean diversity in the infrastructure products and services we provide, diversity in the industries and customers that we support, and finally geographic diversity.
In 2008, our product diversity continues with our further investments in NetApp, VMware and iMPERVA. We recently signed an agreement with RICOH as the only North American distributor for their Production Printing Business Group and are now a distributor for Lexmark. We also continued to focus on our relationship with the InfoPrint Solutions Company (IPSC) by acquiring several individuals that are experts with IPSC continuous forms / production print product line. Our professional services team also continues to grow with further investments in our storage and security practices. Today at PEAK we have more people in professional services than any other division of the company!
PEAK has always had a wide and deep customer coverage model. Today we do business with customers that range from local medical clinics, to state and local government entities, to Fortune 100 companies with national footprints. In 2008, we are continuing our focus on mid-market customers through a renewed focus on bundling products and services in a way that makes it easy for businesses of any size to utilize enterprise-class IT solutions with terms and conditions that make sense in any size company.
