Vincent F. DeRose

Mr. DeRose's professional career began immediately following college in Boulder, Colorado. He began work as a financial analyst and public income fund manager for Capital Associates, Inc., a computer leasing firm.  Later he moved to the remarketing subsidiary of Capital Associates, where he was responsible for off-lease asset valuation and disposition.

In 1991, when he was 26 years old,  Mr. DeRose and a partner founded PEAK Resources, Inc. In 1996, Mr. DeRose took over the role of President. Under his leadership, PEAK has grown every year since its founding. Mr. DeRose is a member of the IBM Business Advisory Council, the IBM iSeries Advisory Council, and the IBM VAE and Compliance Advisory Council.
