Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive at PEAK, you will be at the forefront of our mission to help our customers revolutionize their world of enterprise IT! Your primary objective will be to forge and nurture relationships with top-tier IT organizations, using your impeccable sales skills to showcase the incredible range of products and services that we offer.   • Achieving or exceeding annual gross profit goals
  • Prospecting to new and existing clients
  • Working with our engineering and services team to architect relevant client solutions
  • Preparing client documentation
  • Securing orders

Required Skills

  • Ability to uncover needs and identify IT solutions to solve business problems
  • Successful track record of selling complex IT solution to large clients
  • Demonstrated territory management skills including prospecting and opportunity development skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
  • Strong problem solving and customer service skills

Beneficial Skills

  • Current knowledge of Cisco, Dell, IBM, NetApp and/or VMware technologies. Exposure to Datadog, Flexential, Red Hat, Rubrik, and/or PAN
  • Ability to market professional and managed services, along with product offerings

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify new IT opportunities in new and existing clients
  • Develop and progress a pipeline of opportunities
  • Build and maintain OEM relationships
  • Conduct regular sales calls in assigned territory
  • Build broad client relationships ranging from Administrators to Directors and up to C-level executives within accounts
  • Collaborate with the entire PEAK team to coordinate and execute account plans
  • Utilize CRM tools to track opportunity progression
  • Participate in regular forecasting calls to monitor and track progress toward account plans

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or other related field
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience selling technology solutions

Compensation

Base Salary ranging from $75K – $125K plus commission

  • The compensation for this position includes a very competitive base salary plus an industry-leading commission plan. A full commission plan is also available. There is no cap on earnings potential.
