PEAK is deeply and profoundly passionate about giving back. Since our inception in 1991, our unwavering commitment to being an active participant in the local economy and tirelessly focusing on community engagement has been an integral part of our company’s core values. We wholeheartedly believe in promoting a culture of empathy with a priority on Education, Student Well-Being & Leadership, as well as serving the less fortunate. We are beyond grateful and blessed to have virtually 100% participation from our incredible team members in our community engagement efforts! Giving back to the Denver community is important to PEAK. Several of our Team Members volunteer at Food for Thought, a non-profit that provides PowerSacks of food for hungry students to take home for the weekend.

The national Civic 50, is offered on the Colorado state level by CSR Solutions of Colorado in partnership with B:CIVIC. The Civic 50 Colorado recognizes the 50 most community-minded small, medium, and large companies in Colorado. PEAK has been named an honoree for the third consecutive year.

Founded in 2006 by a group of CEOs who saw the need for a non-partisan business advocacy organization, Colorado Succeeds members advocate for policies that improve outcomes for learners, and support innovative programs in and out of the classroom. Silver Creek High School, in partnership with Front Range Community College, are offering students the opportunity to graduate with a high school diploma and an Associate of Applied Science degree in 4-6 years. The RaptorTECH model (aka P-TECH) gives students a pathway into a cybersecurity career with mentorship and internship opportunities with Cisco, Comcast, and PEAK Resources.

Founded in 1996, Playworks expanded to Colorado in 2010. Playworks Colorado serves low-income schools across Denver, Aurora, and Mapleton through our year-round, on-site support services. We’re also reaching thousands more students across Colorado through professional development workshops for schools and youth organizations.
