COVID-19: Message to Clients 3/16/2020

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread and affect communities all over the world, everyone at PEAK is hoping that you and your families are staying safe and healthy during this unique time.
Our entire team is committed to doing whatever we can to support our co-workers, our community and our clients. While we continue to monitor the flow of information, we are focused on continued service delivery on all projects and managed services.
We also are in regular communication with our vendors and suppliers and are monitoring any changes to equipment delivery schedules.
Our goal right now is to provide the same level of responsiveness and delivery excellence that we have always delivered. We are leveraging tools for collaboration, security and end-user compute in order to deliver services and support regardless of physical location. For our Denver clients, we are being very cautious with on-site work and working remotely where appropriate.
We are also offering free warehousing for clients that may not be able to accept shipments in the coming weeks. Our local integration facility also allows us the capability to do physical integration work at PEAK prior to shipping to your datacenter or preferred location.
- Until we have more information about the spread and severity of the coronavirus, all PEAK employees are being offered remote work plans.
- Every employee has a full suite of tools and secure access to our networks.
- Business travel is being highly scrutinized and only allowed in extreme cases.
- For our PEAK Power Cloud and managed services clients, there will be no interruption of our 24/7 operations.
